After the ODI series in New Zealand, Bangladesh is waiting to take the field in the T20I series. The Tigers are now very happy after defeating the Kiwis in the last match of the ODI series. In the T20 series, the captain of New Zealand, Mitchell Santner, is doing a lot of training before entering the field.

Bangladesh lost the ODI series by 2-1. Tigers got a memorable win in the third match of the series. Earlier, Bangladesh bowled out New Zealand for just 98 runs. In response, the Tigers reached the port of victory with 9 wickets in hand. Mitchell Santner praised the performance of Bangladesh in that match.

In the press conference before the series, Santner said, “It was a very competitive series. Bangladesh played very well in all three games, in the third game especially. There was a little bit of help on the pitch, they bowled extremely well, good areas, and probably deserved to win. We’re expecting another hard-fought series.”

Bangladesh and New Zealand will take the field in the first match of the three-match T20 series on December 27.
