Lahore in PSL final, will face biggest rival Karachi on Tuesday

Bangladesh ODI team captain Tamim Iqbal's team Lahore Qalandars has reached the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL). Lahore secured the final by defeating Multan Sultans by 25 runs in the second eliminator in Karachi on Sunday (November 15).

Lahore will face Imad Wasim-led Karachi Kings in the final of the fifth PSL on November 17. So, after five years of awaiting, PSL fans will finally able to see the clash between the two biggest rival Lahore and Karachi.
After losing the toss, Lahore managed to score a huge total of 182 runs with the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Opener Tamim returned to the dressing room after playing a good innings of 30 runs off 20 balls with 5 fours. Pacer Junaid Khan took his wicket. Then, Lahore lost their captain Sohail Akhtar in a quick session.
However, another opener Fakhar Zaman's 46 off 36 balls, Samit Patel's 26 off 16 balls and David Wiese's unbeaten 48 off 21 balls at the last helped Lahore to make a big total.
took 2 wickets for 18 runs in 4 overs for Multan.
Chasing the target, opener Adam Lyth gave Multan a good start. After another opener Zeeshan Ashraf got out scoring 12 runs, captain
gave him great support. But after Lyth and Masood’s dismissal, no one scored any significant runs. Rilee Rossouw , Ben Dunk,
, Shahid Afridi all failed miserably. Later, Khushdil Shah tried but there was no one to give him enough support. Khushdil scored 30 runs off 19 balls.
and David Wiese both took three wickets each for Lahore while Dilbar Hussain and Shaheen Shah Afridi took two wickets each.
David Wiese was adjusted man of the match for his outstanding all-rounding performance.
