Khulna Tigers are running at a fast pace in this year's Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). This is their fourth consecutive win. In the second match of the day, Khulna got a great victory by defeating Durdanto Dhaka by a huge margin of 10 wickets. They have risen to the top of the table.  

Dhaka won the toss and decided to bat first at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. Opener Naim Sheikh started attacking batting. Khulna's bowlers were dismantled by his destructive batting. Naim continued to score runs on the team's board with aggressive batting.

75 runs came from the opening pair. Naim departed after playing an explosive innings of 41 runs off 21 balls. After that Dhaka's innings started collapsing like a house of cards. Dhaka fell into danger by losing one wicket after another.

Naim's partner Saim Ayub scored 35 runs off 37 balls. The rest just came to the crease and returned to the dressing room. Dhaka got 130 runs total after the scheduled 20-over game. Apart from Naim and Saim, Alex Ross and Arafat Sunny reached double figures. Ross scored 21 runs off 14 balls. On the other hand, Sunny was unbeaten on 15 runs off 14 balls.

Two Pakistan bowlers- Mohammad Wasim and Mohammad Nawaz were very successful with the ball for Khulna. Nawaz took 3 wickets, and Wasim got 2 wickets.

Khulna got off to a flying start to respond. They made a great start with two openers Evin Lewis and Anamul Haque Bijoy. Khulna started scoring runs quickly with attacking batting. And it seemed that the path to victory became quite easy in the beginning.

Khulna scored 66 runs without a wicket in 6 overs of Powerplay. Opener Lewis started well but could not continue the game. He had to go back as a retired hurt after getting hurt at the team's 50 runs. Afif Hossain then joined Bijoy. Khulna used the early attacking batting to get closer to the goal of victory. Afif was also very fluent with the bat. Although not so aggressive, he was accompanying Bijoy well.

Knowing the time and situation, Bijoy attacked, and took effective risks. And that made Khulna's victory easier. Khulna was reaching victory quite easily without paying any attention to the bowlers of Dhaka.

Bijoy finally reached his fifty with brilliant batting. Afif also continued to play till the end. Khulna reached the port of victory due to the responsible batting of the two. Khulna won by 10 wickets with 32 balls in hand. Bijoy was unbeaten on 58 runs off 48 balls. On the other hand, Afif also remained unbeaten on 37 runs off 27 balls. 

As a result of this victory, Khulna won four games in four matches. On the other hand, Dhaka is at number 6 after winning one match.
