Win or Win- Slogan of Comilla Victorians. At least losing in the final is not on the team's syllabus. They played BPL final four times till now, never lost. The most successful team of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) once again reached the final and the opponent is Fortune Barishal.

Comilla, participating for the first time in 2015, reached the final, beating Barisal Bulls by 3 wickets to win the title. In 2018, they beat Dhaka Dynamites by 17 runs to bring home the second trophy. They beat Fortune Barisal by 1 run in the 2022 final, and lastly in 2023 they beat Sylhet Strikers by 7 wickets to win their fourth title.

In other words, among Comilla's four titles, two came by defeating Barishal. Barisal-Comilla match once again. Barisal's franchise has changed again and again. However, the Victorians have fond memories of losing the final to this year's team, Fortune Barisal. And that's why Comilla kept it with a little pride - we have the habit of winning the final! 

Jaker Ali, who came to unveil the trophy as Comilla's representative before the BPL final, did not forget to praise Barishal. He said, “Barisal have come to the final with a very good performance. We always respect every opponent. The final will be no exception. We always try to play our best cricket. We will try this in the final as well.”

However, Comilla has the most habit of winning finals. Because of this BPL is called 'Comilla Victorians Supremacy'. Past record or consistency does not guarantee the title again. However, it is keeping Comilla ahead. That confidence in Jaker's speech. 

"It's not like getting to the final and getting a trophy. Comilla became champion every time by performing. We have to perform well in the final as well. Comilla are used to playing these big matches, used to playing finals. We as a team know how to perform in these big matches. I will focus on that, I will try to play accordingly,” he added.
