Bangladesh Emerging Team have won by 6 wickets against Ireland A in the 3^rd ODI of the five-match series. As a result, the hosts go ahead 2-0 in the 5 match series. The first ODI was postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Saif, Shamim put Bangladesh to another emphatic win against Ireland

Ireland scored 260 runs after losing the toss at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. Wicket-keeper batsman Lorcan Tucker, all-rounder Curtis Campher and opener James McCollum were the standout batsman for Ireland as they scored 82*, 43 and 40 runs respectively. Pacer Mukidul Islam took 3 wickets for Bangladesh. Chasing the target of 261 runs, openers- Saif Hassan and Tanzid Hasan Tamim again brought a good attacking start like the 2^nd ODI. But the opening pair of Bangladesh did not grow even with a good start. Ruhan Pretorius broke the 44-run partnership between Saif and Tanzid. Although Tanzid was out, Saif batted aggressively. On the other hand, Mahmudul Hasan Joy was accompanying Saif very well. Saif hit fifty off just 43 balls. Mahmudul Hasan, who scored 16 off 29 balls, returned to the dressing room after Saif's fifty. He fell victim to lbw. Saif then continued to build up the innings with Yasir Ali. However, the pair did not last long. Yasir, who scored 13 runs, was bowled by Peter Chase.
