Disciplined bowling efforts give Shinepukur first win

Shinepukur Cricket Club have beaten the favorites Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club by 10 runs on Friday at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. This is Sheikh Jamal’s second straight defeat in Dhaka Premier League (DPL).
Shinepukur posted an easy target of 138 runs after batting first. But Sheikh Jamal struggled from the beginning of the innings as their two inform opener

Earlier, Shinepukur batted average throughout the innings. Two openers-
Tamim and Sabbir Hossain started well but slowly. They put on a 54-run partnership. But after their wicket, Shinepukur lost their path. All-rounder Robiul Islam Robi played a good innings of 34 runs unbeaten off 26 balls to post a total of 137 runs. Tanzid also scored 34 runs.
