2 more cricketers from Bangladesh have registered their names in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) draft. They are Hasan Mahmud and Rony Talukdar. These 2 cricketers from Bangladesh have been newly included in the draft published by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). 

All in all, 22 cricketers from Bangladesh are in the draft this time. T20 captain Shakib Al Hasan's name was registered but it was later withdrawn at Shakib's request. 

There are 6 Bangladeshis in the gold category. They are Najmul Hossain Shanto, Towhid Hridoy, Nasum Ahmed, Shoriful Islam, Afif Hossain, and Muktar Ali. Among them, except Muktar, all the rest are regular members of the national team.

The number of Bangladeshi cricketers in silver category is 9. Anamul Haque Bijoy, Mohammad Mithun, Nurul Hasan Sohan, Mosaddek Hossain, Ripon Mondol, Sabbir Rahman, Mahedi Hasan, Soumya Sarkar and Ziaur Rahman got places here. All of them, except Ripon, have played in international cricket.

Besides, Mahmudullah Riyad, Mushfiqur Rahim, Litton Das, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Taskin Ahmed, Tamim Iqbal are in the second highest-paid diamond category .

However, due to BPL and international cricket, there is doubt whether Bangladeshi cricketers will get a team in PSL or not. Shakib was the only Bangladeshi to make the team in the last edition, although he played only one match.
