The ceremony was scheduled to be attended by popular Bollywood stars like Ranveer Singh, Arijit Singh, Tamannaah Bhatia, Shreyas Ghoshal and Asha Bhosle. It was also expected that there would be fireworks and a laser show to mark the start of the 2023 World Cup in India.
