The entire cricketing globe had their fair share of debate in regard to which 15 players should represent India in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup. Today, the 15 men squad for India was announced. Rishabh Pant has been brought back into the side. 

The squad will feature Rohit Sharma as the captain of the team. Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav will be completing the top order for the Indians. 

India have opted for two wicketkeepers in the squad, and they are Rishabh Pant and Sanju Samson. The likes of KL Rahul, Ishan Kishan and Dinesh Karthik miss out of the squad.

India have selected Hardik Pandya as the vice captain of the side. Other all rounders featuring in the squad are Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, and Shivam Dube.

India have brought the dangerours duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav together in the squad. Chahal, who has been the most successful bowler in IPL history, will be playing his first T20 World Cup.

Jasprit Bumrah will be frontlining the pace attack, with Arshdeep Singh and Mohammad Siraj by his side.

Shubman Gill, Rinku Singh, Khaleel Ahmed and Avesh Khan will be travelling as reserve players.
