The ongoing 11th match of SA20 2025 between Durban Super Giants and Sunrisers Eastern Cape witnessed a moment of magic from Chennai Super Kings' newly bought young spinner Noor Ahmad.

In a sensational display of wrist-spin mastery, Noor Ahmad delivered a game-changing spell, dismissing Zak Crawley and Aiden Markram in back-to-back deliveries.

Sunrisers Eastern Cape started strongly, with Zak Crawley leading the charge. Crawley looked in fine form, scoring 38 runs off 29 balls with five boundaries. However, the momentum shifted in the 10th over when Noor Ahmad, the left-arm wrist-spinner from Afghanistan, produced a stunning over.

First, Noor bowled a beautifully flighted delivery to Crawley that dipped mid-air and spun sharply past his inside edge. England born Crawley, well-set at 38, lunged forward but missed the ball completely, which crashed into the middle stump. The Sunrisers batter was left shell-shocked as Noor celebrated this crucial breakthrough.

On the very next delivery, Noor struck again, this time dismissing Aiden Markram for a golden duck. The delivery turned sharply and trapped the Sunrisers captain plumb in front of the stumps. A review confirmed three reds on ball-tracking, sending Markram back without troubling the scorers. This double blow left the Sunrisers Eastern Cape struggling at 75/3.

Coming to the match, Sunrisers Eastern Cape finished their innings at 165/5 in 20 overs, with Tom Abell top-scoring with 57 runs from 39 balls. Meanwhile, their captain Aiden Markram was dismissed for a duck. Noor Ahmad was the star of the show, finishing with impressive figures of 4 wickets for 25 runs.
