Bangladesh Tigers, the country's "shadow team," had their operations off for quite some time. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) 'Shadow squad' camp is getting back into full swing after a long hiatus, and it will feature players from all across the national squad.

According to a source of Bangladesh Tigers, the camp of the first phase will be in Chattogram. After the ongoing Bangladesh-Afghanistan ODI series ends, the cricketers who have been invited to the camp will come down to Chattogram's Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. Therefore, on Tuesday (July 11), the cricketers and coaching staff in the camp of Bangladesh Tigers will go to Chattogram by 12 noon flight.

A total of 22 cricketers have been invited to this year's camp. Where there are 11 batters, 8 pacers and 3 spinners. But not everyone can join the camp initially. Soumya Sarkar, Saif Hassan, Mahedi Hasan are currently in Sri Lanka to play the Emerging Asia Cup. They will join the camp after finishing this tournament. For now, the camp will start without them.

However, it is said that Yasir Ali, Anamul Haque Bijoy, Mominul Haque, Nayeem Hasan will stay from the beginning of the camp. This camp will continue till July 31 in Chattogram.
