Rohit-Gill bat England out of Dharamsala test match

India have trounced England on day 2 yet again and kept their domination going on. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill smacked centuries to put England under immense pressure. While debutant Devdutt Padikkal also rose to the occasion to smash a fifty.
Earlier, Rohit and Gill stitched a match turning partnership of 171 runs which entirely sent England to backfoot. Rohit Sharma notched up a well deserved hundred, while Shubman Gill too joined to the party with his cracking century. Ben Stokes knocked over Rohit Sharma and broke the partnership but the match was almost done then. Gill was gone too on 110 as James Anderson sent his stumps for a walk.
Padikkal then stitched a fine fifty to take the lead proceed on. He smashed a brilliant 65 off 103 balls, while Sarfraz Khan also aided him with his handy 56 off 60 balls to take the lead over 200.
India are now on 473-8 and are leading England by 255 runs. They'll be hoping to cruise pass 500 mark barrier and bat England out of the match. James Anderson on the other hand is strangling on 699 wickets and will be eyeing to reach the milestone of picking up 700 test wickets, the feat only two bowlers have reached in past, Shane Warne and Muttiah Muralitharan.
