Pakistan Shaheens defeated India in the final of the Emerging Asia Cup 2023 to win the tournament title. After the defeat, Indian cricketers and fans claimed that Pakistan won the match with all the cricketers and experienced cricketers in the team. Mohammad Haris, the captain of Pakistan Shaheens gave a strong response to this allegation.

The Emerging Asia Cup was held in Sri Lanka last month. India sent the youngest team there. The captain of the team was 20-year-old Yash Dhull. He is India's U19 World Cup-winning captain. There was no cricketer with international experience in the Indian team. On the other hand, Pakistan team had national team cricketers like Haris, Shahnawaz Dahani, Mohammad Wasim.

In this opportunity, the Indians got a chance to make an excuse for the loss. They say, the Pakistan team won the final match by 'privilege of seniority'. Responding to this allegation in strong language, Haris said that Pakistan did not ask India to send little kids to play in this tournament.

"People are saying that Pakistan sent a team with many seniors. We did not ask them to send little kids to the tournament. They say that we had international experience in our team. How much international matches have we played? Saim has played 5, I have played 6. Those guys (India players) have played 260 IPL matches," Haris said.

In the final match, Pakistan Shaheens first collected 352 runs. In response, India struggled with the bat. They were all out for 224 runs. As a result, with 10 overs left, Mohammad Haris' team won by 128 runs.
