Gujrat Titans crushed Sunrisers Hyderabad by 7 wickets on Sunday (April 6). Mohammad Siraj's sensational four wicket-haul restricted SRH to a paltry 152 runs. In response, skipper Shubman Gill scored an unbeaten 61* off 43 balls to steer his side home.

Being inserted to bat first, Mohammad Siraj was breathing fire, removing danger men Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma cheaply. Prasidh Krishna had Ishan Kishan as SRH fell in further trouble.

Nitish Kumar Reddy did score a bit as he made 31 off just 24 balls before falling to Sai Kishore. At the backend of the innings, skipper Pat Cummins played a super cameo of 22* off only 9 balls and helped his side get to a modest total of 152 runs.

Mohammad Siraj was the pick of the bowlers, as he returned figures with 4-17.

In response, Sai Sudharsan departed earlier on. And then Pat Cummins removed wicketkeeper batter Jos Buttler as Gujrat Titans were in all sorts of trouble. However, skipper Shubman Gill and Washington Sundar stitched a crucial 90 runs stand and turned the game towards the Gujrat Titans side. Sundar fell after scoring 49 off 29 balls. But Shubman Gill steadied the ship along with Sherfane Rutherford, as the West Indian flexed his muscles, smashing an unbeaten 35* off only 16 balls and Gill made 61* off 43 balls as Gujrat Titans asserted 7 wickets victory.
