England bowled super 30 overs but Labuschagne and Mitchell Marsh batted really well to negotiate the challenge. They had a hundred run partnership with consuming over 160 balls. Marnus Labuschagne notched up his second away test hundred and first in England amidst all of those criticisms. English pacers couldn’t bowl after 58 overs due to bad light and that enforced Stokes to bring in spinners.
Joe Root and Moeen Ali kept bowling at the both ends. Bowling spinners were blessing in disguise for England as Root broke the partnership of Marsh - Labuschagne and picked up the wicket of Labuschagne after his century. Cameron Green and Mitchell Marsh then had 30 balls to see and they did it.
Rain came after then and England didn't get chance to bowl. Tomorrow will be more worsen than it is now today but England will be hoping to bowl one session to bundle Aussies out. The morning session perhaps will be washed out due to heavy rain and then it might ease off.
England will desperately ask for a session to win the Manchester test to square the series.
On the other hand, for Australia, they'll be relying on two of their all rounders - Mitchell Marsh and Cameron Green. They'll be hoping them to step up like Labuschagne did and save the match to retain the urn. Everything dishes out for a cracking final day ahead.
