Delhi Capitals have beaten Mumbai Indians by 10 runs on Saturday (27th April). Aussie prodigious youngster Jake Fraser-McGurk's monstrous 84 off just 27 balls and Tristan Stubbs' brilliant finish of 41 off 17 balls helped them post a massive 257 on the board. In reply, Mumbai Indians were close enough but wasn’t clean to chase down the total.

Being invited to bat first, DC came with all guns blazing. Courtesy Jake Fraser-McGurk, he was smoking everything out of the park for fun. He smashed Bumrah, Hardik and Wood at ease and raced his way to 50 off only 15 deliveries, fastest of the season. He blasted a great 84 off only 27 deliveries at a strike rate of only 311.11 with the help of 6 sixes and 11 elegant boundaries.

After the departure of him, Shai Hope came and scored 41 from only 17 balls, he too kept the run rate going rapidly. At the backend of the day, Tristan Stubbs smacked a blitzkrieg 48 from 25 balls at a strike rate of 192 and Delhi Capitals posted a humongous total of 257 on the board.

In reply, Mumbai hadn’t had a great way to start their chase. They lost both of their openers earlier on. Suryakumar scored 26 off 13 balls, while Hardik Pandya to started the innings with a bang as he made 46 off only 26 deliveries. It was Tilak Varma and Tim David who helped Mumbai Indians to see a dream to chase down the total. Tilak scored a brilliant 63 off only 32 balls, while David made 37 off 17 balls but unfortunately they lost the match by only 10 runs.
