Australia's inform opener Matthew Short is likely to miss the semifinal either against India or New Zealand.

Smith told Prime Video after Friday's Afghanistan match, which Australia had dominated before the downpour: "I think he'll be struggling.
"I think we saw tonight he wasn't moving very well. I think it's probably going to be too quick between games for him to recover."
Australia will play their semi either against India in Dubai on Tuesday or against New Zealand on Wednesday in Lahore but the venue and the opposition is still uncertain till Sunday.
Australia have Jake Fraser-McGurk in their hut to replace Matthew Short, while all-rounder Aaron Hardie could be another handy option. On the other hand, Cooper Connolly is also there. But the Aussie think tankers probably will be playing Jake Fraser-McGurk as the replacement of injured Matthew Short.
Steve Smith led side is leading the Group B, with South Africa standing on second position. However, the Aussies might slip to the second position after South Africa and England encounter and the proteas come out as the winners.
