India have announced squad for the upcoming high-voltage Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which begins from November 22 in Perth. India have picked uncapped players Abhimanyu Easwaran, Harshit Rana and Nitish Kumar Reddy for the series. They have also added Mukesh Kumar, Navdeep Saini and Khaleel Ahmed as backups. 

India won the last away BGT by 2-1.
India have fetched in two wicketkeepers to their squad with Rishabh Pant and Dhruv Jurel as the backup wicketkeeper. They've picked a stack of all-rounders, with Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja leading the lineup and Washington Sundar as the backup spinning all-rounder.

Jasprit Bumrah will lead the pace attack, with Mohammad Siraj, Prasidh Krishna and Harshit Rana to assist him. Mohammad Shami has been left out from the squad. Kuldeep Yadav was unavailable for selection due to a groin injury.

Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Shubman Gill are the stockholders of the batting lineup.

India are the winners of BGT for last four occasions on the trot, with two times in Australia. The last time Australia won a BGT was back in 2014.
