The 2024 Dhaka Premier League (DPL) concluded on Monday, and the prize money for the cricketers was Tk 40.14 lakh. A total of Tk17.6 lakh has been awarded for individual accomplishments, while Tk22.8 lakh has been allocated for champion and runner-up teams.

Abahani Limited went undefeated after 16 matches and won the title. As champion, Abahani received Tk12 lakh. With 12 victories and 24 points, Mohammedan Sporting Club finished in second place. It was Tk10.8 lakh that they got.

Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club's Saif Hassan was named the tournament's best cricketer. The opener scored 618 runs over 16 innings. He also shows good skills in bowling. He claimed 12 wickets in 14 innings. He received Tk 2.5 lakh.

The tournament's highest run-scorer and highest wicket-taker received Tk2.5 lakh each. Mohammedan Sporting Club's cricketer has held both positions. Mahidul Islam Ankon leads the list of highest run-getters with 647 runs. Left-arm pacer Abu Hider Rony becomes the leading wicket-taker with 31.

A total of 84 matches were played in this tournament. The man of the match for each match got Tk15,000. In all, the best player of each match received Tk12.6 lakh.
