The playoff teams for the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2024 have been confirmed after a thrilling group stage concluded with the Dambulla Sixers' defeat against the Colombo Strikers on Tuesday, July 16. This result clarified the top four teams: Galle Marvels, Jaffna Kings, Colombo Strikers, and Kandy Falcons, ensuring their spots in the playoffs.

In the LPL playoff format, the top two teams compete in Qualifier 1, with the victor advancing to the final. The loser of Qualifier 1 will have a second chance to go to the final by competing in Qualifier 2 against the winner of the Eliminator match, which will be played by the third and fourth ranked teams.
