BCCI announce India Women’s squad for T20Is, Test against England, Australia
The BCCI has announced the India Women's Cricket Team squad for December's T20Is and Tests against England and Australia at the Wankhede Stadium.

The Indian women's cricket team begins its home season with a T20I series against England. On Friday, the BCCI named squads for two Tests, one against England and one against Australia, as well as three T20Is against England. However, the squad for the white-ball series against Australia will be decided later.
The BCCI Women's Selection Committee on Friday (December 1) announced India's squad for the upcoming three-match T20I series against England as well as the two Tests against England and Australia.
Left-arm spinner Saika Ishque, who made a lasting impression in the inaugural edition of the Women's Premier League, has been named in the WT20I squad.
The squad for the shortest format consisted largely of participants from the Asian Games in Hangzhou, who won the gold medal for India.
Experienced activists like Captain Harmanpreet Kaur and her deputy Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, Jemimah Rodrigues, Shafali Verma and Puja Vastrakar are part of the site. The selectors have also picked newbies like Mannat Kashyap, Kanika Ahuja, Shreyanka Patil and Titas Sadhu.
Sneh Rana, Shubha Satheesh. Meghna Singh, Rajeshwari Gayakwad and Harleen Deol will only be part of the Tests against England and Australia. On the other hand, Mannat Kashyap Kanika Ahuja and Minnu Mani will only be part of the three-match T20I series against England.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) also mentioned that it will announce the women's squad for the white-ball series against Australia later. The two teams will face each other in the three T20Is and three ODIs to be played from December 28 to January 9.
