BCB finalizes time schedule of BPL 2024 final
BCB confirmed the final match will start at 6:30 pm, which is when the second qualifier started. But in the final, there will be a break of two innings more than usual. There is usually a 10-minute innings break in T20 cricket, but this break is 20 minutes in the final.

Finally, the two finalists of the 10th season of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) have been finalized. Comilla Victorians had already reached the final, this time Fortune Barishal became the second team to reach the final. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has also decided the time of the final match on the day of the final line-up finalization.
BCB confirmed the final match will start at 6:30 pm, which is when the second qualifier started. But in the final, there will be a break of two innings more than usual. There is usually a 10-minute innings break in T20 cricket, but this break is 20 minutes in the final. After completing the first innings by 8:00 PM, the second innings will start at 8:20 PM, the match is scheduled to end by 9:50 PM.
BCB confirmed the matter in a statement signed by Rakibul Hasan, convener of BPL's technical committee.
Incidentally, next Friday (March 1), the title-determining match of the BPL season will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, known as the 'Home of Cricket'.
