BCB director Jalal Yunus steps down
Not only Jalal Yunus, another director Ahmed Sazzadul Alam Bobi also stepped down. BDCricTime has confirmed the news from an authentic source of the board.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) director Jalal Yunus has stepped down from his position. He was the director of the board, designated by NSC and was the chairman of Cricket operations department.

Not only Jalal Yunus, another director Ahmed Sazzadul Alam Bobi also stepped down. BDCricTime has confirmed the news from an authentic source of the board. Jalal already sent his resignation letter to the Sports ministry, Sazzadul Alam is yet to send his resignation letter.
After the resignation of NSC's two directors, the BCB board members panel started to fall. After the fall of the Sheikh Hasaina's Awami League regime, the BCB secretary Najmul Hasan Papon remained silent and insipid. Obtaining all the laws and rules of the ICC, former captain and present main selector Faruk Ahmed might replace Papon.
On the contrary, Asif Mahmud took the charge of Youth and Sports Ministry. He said he would ensure BCB's infrastructural development.
Bangladesh team's former captain Tamim Iqbal is also currently at BCB with Asif Mahmud. Both of them were welcomed by BCB's Chief Executive Officer Nizamuddin Chowdhury.
However, Bangladesh team are in Pakistan for a two-match Test series, starting from August 21. Top order batter Hasan Joy has been ruled out of the series due to injury. While, all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is in the squad despite all the backlashes from the fans.
