The win led Afghanistan to become the second fastest nation to clutch their maiden Test match win. They are sitting beside

Along with that, the youngest Test nation also became the third nation to win their maiden away Test match after England and Pakistan achieved the same in 1877 and 1952 respectively.
More records are booked for Afghanistan in this Test as they have become the only nation to achieve their first Test win at a neutral venue.
Youngster
created another record propelling his country to the historical maiden Test win. He became the Afghan bowler to register a Test fifer while he also became the youngest bowler to haul five wickets in all three formats of the game.
Rashid Khan's spelled 5/82 guiding Afghanistan to restrain Ireland for 288 in the second innings leaving only 148 runs to chase for winning the match.
Afghanistan managed to overcome the victory target batting less than fifty overs in their second innings.
