During the CPL 2024 encounter between Trinbago Knight Riders and St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots, Rilee Rossouw showcased his aggressive batting style once more. Despite having a brief innings, the South African cricketer—who is famous for his fast starts—made an impact on the match. In just 11 deliveries, Rossouw scored a quick 20 and finished with four clean boundaries.
One shot in particular caught our attention—a beautiful scoop off Jayden Seales. Seales faced the opening ball of the fourteenth over and struck a full-length ball outside off. With remarkable creativity, Rossouw shuffled over his stumps, ducked his head, and scooped the ball over fine leg. The unconventional shot was similar of Rishabh Pant's well-known scoops, as Rossouw even stumbled and collapsed after making the shot.

Though his cameo didn’t last long, and he wasn’t able to build on his start, the Patriots posted a formidable total of 193 runs. This was largely thanks to a brilliant 93 from Andre Fletcher and a power-packed 60 off just 30 balls by Kyle Mayers, giving their side a strong position in the match.
In the run chase The Trinbago Knight Riders were exceptional in their chase, making light work of the 194-run target set by St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. Jason Roy set the tone early with a blistering 64 off 34 balls, providing the perfect platform for the middle order. However, it was Nicholas Pooran who stole the show, sealing the victory in spectacular fashion.
