Defending champion Rangpur Riders came back into the competition with a thrilling 8 runs win against Khulna Titans.

  

  On Sunday, Riders, playing their back to back matches, successfully defended 169, curtailing the Titans' innings into 161 runs in 20 overs. They lost 5 wickets. Khulna Titans were well into the contest of chasing the victory target putting 90 in the first wicket half way through the match without losing a wicket. Stirling starred the show with 61 and other opener Junaid Siddique contributed 33. The departure of Stirling off the bowling of Mortaza slowed down the run rate of the Titans made them gradually slipping away from the game.
