How good it is to see some of the iconic catches when you are a spectator? It is not that easy to take a blinder and that too close to the boundary rope but India's Dinesh Karthik made it look so! Dinesh Karthik takes a stunning catch near the ropes[/caption] To put it in simple terms, DK displayed incredible athleticism against New Zealand in the opening fixture o the T20 series, in what was enough to send Daryl Mitchell for 8 runs. Hardik Pandya bowled a slow delivery to Daryl and the latter had to go for the shot considering the fact that the team was scoring runs at a brisk pace, more like 11 overs an over. Just as when the batsman thought that the ball would just cross the boundary rope, DK was standing right there and ensured to snare a screamer. His presence of mind was the key factor in taking the catch initially and then lobbed it back just inches before stepping past the ropes only to pounce back again to finish off the remaining work. This is indeed the 'catch of the match' and DK certainly deserves a reward for that sumptuous catch.
