Taskin injured his left hand during a training session at Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium, Mirpur. He left the field immediately.
The 25-year-old is still without any concerns of missing the ODI series that starts from January 20 although he might be needing stitches on his hand.
"He (Taskin) got injured but nothing has happened that would lead to making a decision on him. He may require one or two stitches," selector Habibul Bashar told BDCricTime.
Taskin was named in both the preliminary ODI and Test squads. The final squad will be announced on the 16th January. The ODI squad will divide into two teams to face-off in 50-over warm-up matches at BKSP on January 14 and 16.
Earlier Parvez Hossain Emon was released from the bio-bubble due to groin injury.
