Sammy says 'No' to Pakistan after Shane Watson
For Pakistan's head coach slot, after Watson Sammy was PCB's second choice, who won two T20 world cup for West Indies being captain of the side. But Sammy refused the proposal as he's now coaching his own country West Indies in white ball Cricket.

After Shane Watson now Darren Sammy also said no to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). For Pakistan's head coach slot, after Watson Sammy was PCB's second choice, who won two T20 world cup for West Indies being captain of the side. But Sammy refused the proposal as he's now coaching his own country West Indies in white ball Cricket.
Before this, PCB offered Shane Watson with some crores to coach the Pakistan national team and also to work on domestic Cricket. But as Watson was committed to Major League Cricket and Indian Premier League (IPL) he refused the gimmick proposal of PCB.
And then PCB chose Darren Sammy for the job. But he too said, he wants to keep coaching with West Indies. So now, Pakistan need to find another coach. Rumours are saying, Pakistan is searching for Mike Hesson. But for next bilateral series anyone can be the interim head coach of Pakistan national Cricket team.
In the last edition of world cup, Pakistan's head coach was Grant Bradburn. For Pakistan's poor run in the world cup and for not qualifying in the semi-final of the tournament, he was fired from the job. Former cricketer Mohammad Hafeez was the interim coach after the world cup. And then they removed Hafeez and started to search for a permanent head coach for the team.
