Former Pakistan captain Ramiz Raja has expressed disappointment with the Men in Green's poor performance in the recent four-match T20I series against England. Pakistan failed to meet expectations in the series, which acts as a critical preparation for the next T20 World Cup in 2024 in the United States and the West Indies.

Two of the four scheduled matches were cancelled because of to terrible weather, leaving only two games to decide the series' outcome. Unfortunately, Pakistan lost both matches, allowing England to win the series 2-0. The setbacks have worried fans and experts alike as the team prepares for the world event.

In his latest YouTube video, former Pakistan captain Ramiz Raja did not hold back his critique of the team's performance in the T20I series against England. He highlighted the middle order's failure, describing it as a "flop show" that resulted in not enough runs on the board and caused Pakistan to lose their momentum in the matches.

Also, Raja emphasized the need for Imad Wasim to be included in all games, suggesting that Shadab Khan should be benched if necessary. He also proposed playing Saim Ayub in the middle order, asserting that Shadab is not suited for the No. 5 position.

"The middle order was a flop show that led to the lack of runs and we lost the plot. Imad Wasim should be picked in all games. If you have to bench Shadab, do it. You can play Saim Ayub in the middle order because Shadab is not fit at No.5," Ramiz Raja said in his latest YT video.

"If a proper batter comes in, it will bring some stability in the middle order.Shadab Khan in middle order? What is his role, I don’t get it. At No.5, he is out of touch and out of form. His ideal batting position should be No.7. He tries to play like a slogger," Ramiz Raja concluded
