Kolkata Knight Riders have beaten Rajasthan Royals by 8 wickets on Wednesday (March 26). Two wickets each from Vaibhav Arora, Harshit Rana, Moeen Ali and Varun Chakaravarthy restricted Rajasthan Royals to a below par total of 151 on the board. In reply, Quinton De Kock's incredible knock of 97* off 61 deliveries have led KKR to the comfortable victory.

Being asked to bat first, Rajasthan Royals had a steady start as the opening stand added 33 runs before the departure of Sanju Samson to Vaibhav Arora. Moeen Ali came in and removed Yashasvi Jaiswal after his well-made 29 off 24 balls. Skipper Riyan Parag was positive from the very beginning as he blasted three sixes in his 25-run knock stay.

Wickets kept tumbling as the KKR spinners were running riot. Moeen Ali and Varun Chakaravarthy combined a superb spell together as RR were restricted to a measly total of 151 runs.

In reply, Moeen Ali was casual on his innings as he ran things down in the powerplay before his departure to a run-out after his struggling 5 off 12 balls. Quinton De Kock was comfortable from the very beginning as he kept hitting boundaries at a regular intervals.

However, RR slowed things down with spinners but once De Kock settled himself down on the crease, he went berserk to the spinners as he went for scoring an incredible knock of 97* off 61 deliveries, helping his side get a comfortable victory.
