Almost half of the games in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) have ended. The rest of the half will also see important matches. For that purpose, the BPL franchises are bringing stars to the team.

Rangpur Riders have formed a star-studded team in this year's BPL. New Zealand's all-rounder James Neesham has joined the team this time. Apart from this, South Africa's batter Rassie van der Dussen was supposed to join Rangpur but he was unable to come due to injury.

Experienced Kiwi all-rounder Neesham is a well-known face in T20 cricket. His power hitting in slog with pace bowling is very effective in the shortest version of cricket. Because of his performance, he is in high demand in franchise leagues around the world.

This is the first time he has come to play in BPL. Before this, he has the experience of playing in all the famous franchise tournaments of the world including IPL, LPL, CPL, The Hundred, SA20, and Big Bash. Neesham can turn the tide of the match at any moment in attacking batting. This is the first time his batting storm will be seen on the stage of BPL. Neesham will play BPL in the jersey of world's best all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan's team Rangpur Riders.
