Bangladesh A are getting ready to meet New Zealand A for a much-anticipated two-team series that will begin on May 5.  Bangladesh have already put together a strong and experienced team for the One-Day matches.

A lot of well-known cricketers have been added to the team.  Anamul Haque Bijoy and Naim Sheikh are back to help with the batting, and Mahidul Islam Ankon, who is part of Bangladesh's Test team, has also been picked.  Mosaddek Hossain and Nurul Hasan Sohan are important players who give the team more strength.

The bowling unit also looks strong, with Mustafizur Rahman and Shoriful Islam, who play regularly for the national team.  After getting better from an illness, Ebadot Hossain is also back. He will be joined by national team players like Tanvir Islam, Nayeem Hasan, and Shamim Hossain.

The captain has not yet been named.

On May 25, New Zealand A will end their tour.  This series was supposed to happen last year, but it had to be pushed back because of political problems in Bangladesh after August 5.
