Bangladesh have won the toss and elected to bat first in the second and last Test of the series against South Africa at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Tuesday (October 29).
Bangladesh have made total of three changes- one is forced change as batter Jaker Ali is ruled out of the Test because of the concussion he suffered in the last Test in Mirpur. Top-order batter Zakir Hasan comes in the squad. Wicketkeeper-batter Mahidul Islam Ankon makes his debut, Litton Das misses out and pacer Nahid Rana replaces spinner Nayeem Hasan in the squad.
For South Africa, regular captain Temba Bavuma misses again due to his elbow injury, so Aiden Markram continues his role as captain. They also make two changes. Senuran Muthusamy and Dane Paterson replace Matthew Breetzke and Dane Peidt in the squad.
In the first Test, South Africa picked up a dominating 7-wicket win.
