One of the best bowlers in the Ireland team is Little. Little has also earned a spot in the squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup. However, after the IPL, this star pace bowler will join the Cricket Ireland team for the World Cup.

Currently playing for the Gujarat Titans in the ongoing IPL, Little won't be part of the Ireland team for the T20 series against Pakistan and the tour to the Netherlands as long as he stays in the tournament. However, it has been informed that Little will quickly join the Irish team before the World Cup.

The Chief Selector of the national team, Andrew Balbirnie, stated, "T20 World Cup, like big tournaments, is crucial for us. This time around, we are focused on utilizing his IPL experience."

It was previously reported that Little wouldn't be part of the T20 series against Pakistan and the tri-series in the Netherlands, as he is occupied with IPL matches.

Regarding Little's absence, no decision has been made about his replacement in the Ireland team yet. Earlier, the Ireland Cricket Board announced a final World Cup squad of 15 members. Little was considered one of the most important members of the squad.

Playing for the national team, Little has played 45 T20 matches so far and has taken 52 wickets. Notably, Ireland will kick off their World Cup campaign on June 1st against the United States. Before the World Cup, they will play warm-up matches against India and South Africa.
