Indian players KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya are facing some serious troubles now following their comments on a TV show named Koffee with Karan.
Even though Hardik Pandya made a common apology in his social media handles regarding this issue, still he is not cleared with the issue along with his partner KL Rahul involved in the controversy.
As an immediate result, BCCI has suspended both players from playing the game until the final decisions are taken. The latest update on the issue was that both players asked unconditional apologies from everyone around the game regarding their comments on the show.
After all these issues going around the Indian players, Karan Johar the host of the show Koffee with Karan has broken his silence for the first time and he feels disappointed with the way people are treating the duo in this issue.
“I have to say that I feel very responsible because it was my show, it was my platform. I invited them as guests and so the ramifications and repercussion of the show are my responsibility. I have had so many so many sleepless nights, wondering about how I can undo this damage, who is gonna listen to me. It’s now gone into a zone which is beyond my control,” Karan said.
Meanwhile, Rahul and Hardik are made to wait even more as far as the inquiry over the matter is concerned. The Supreme Court has set February 5 as the date for BCCI's hearing. While the inquiries are pending on them, their participation in the Indian Premier League also remians uncertain as days progress.
