England have completely dominated the entire day two in Wellington. A late hat-trick for Gus Atkinson bundled the Kiwis for a paltry 125 runs, which gave England a daunting lead of 155. In reply, Ben Duckett, Joe Root, Jacob Bethell and Harry Brook all scored fifties to stretch the lead to a massive 533 runs.

The English bowlers didn’t waste any time as they picked up the remaining five wickets in quick time, which includes a late hat-trick from Gus Atkinson as the hosts were bundled out for 125 runs.

In reply, England batters came out all the guns blazing and attacked the Kiwi bowlers to the every side of the park. Matt Henry dismissed Zak Crawley cheaply but that didn’t stop the carnage. Jacob Bethell joined hands with Ben Duckett and the duo laid a solid platform for the other batters to come in and start smashing from the ball go.

Bethell - Duckett put on a show in Wellington, stitching a swashbuckling 187 run partnership together off only 200 deliveries, which outbatted the Kiwis. But unfortunately both of them were out in 90's.

Harry Brook once again scored brisk fifty, with Joe Root scoring a vital knock. Ben Stokes then played another cameo at the backend of the innings. The pitch has already been flattened and it's the English side who possesses the upper hand.
