Devon Conway
The 32 year old Kiwi star batter will miss the remaining season of IPL. However, he didn’t play a single game for CSK till now this season. Before the start of the IPL, it was expected that he might be fit to play for some games in the knockout stages. But now the chances of Conway's play is blink and hence he's ruled out of the tournament.
CSK have brought in English paceman Richard Gleeson in place of Conway. Gleeson played 82 T20 matches thus far and picked up 94 wickets to his names at an average of 23.8 and an economy rate of 8.06. However this will be his first stint in the Indian Premier League.
Bangladeshi left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman will be available for 3 matches and aftermath of that, he'll be unavailable due to his national services as his side will have a bilateral series against Zimbabwe. So Chennai Super Kings have got another pace in, instead of Mustafizur Rahman.
