Bangladesh are in verge of a shock defeat against Afghanistan in the only Test. With 262 runs still to win and only 4 wickest in hand on day five, the task is near to impossible for the hosts while the visitors Afghanistan are preparing for a historic win.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Nazmul Hassan Papon is stunned with his side performance in the ongoing Test. He told reporters that even cancelled his visit to Chattogram after seeing the disappointing performance.
"Seeing the match today it didn't feel like it was Bangladesh. I was about to catch flight tomorrow to see the match, but after seeing this plan and strategy, I'm so disappointed that I cancelled the flight. No point of thinking about what has happened already. We have T20I matches ahead, so we have to think about new plans."
The BCB president also questions the players' ability in the longer format of the game.
"Afghanistan batted like they are playing Test cricket. One of them scored a century and some score 80-90. If senior players like Mushfiq, Shakib & Riyad can't even score 50, then it's not possible for us to win the game."

If Afghanistan can score 340, a team like Bangladesh should score 500. It was kind of a batting wicket, so it should have been not that hard," he concluded.
