The fourth round of the National Cricket League (NCL) launched with standout performances from Amite Hasan and Ariful Haque, both scoring centuries. Additionally, Pinak Ghosh narrowly missed his century, while Sabbir Hossain claimed six wickets with a brilliant bowling spell.

In the match at Cox's Bazar Academy, Sylhet Division won the toss and chose to bat against Khulna Division. By the end of the first day, Sylhet had posted 244 runs for three wickets, led by captain Amite Hasan’s unbeaten century of 103 runs off 288 balls. Opener Pinak Ghosh contributed significantly with a well-fought 99 from 218 deliveries. Khulna's Mahedi Hasan took three wickets to slow Sylhet's progress.

Meanwhile, in Sylhet, Dhaka Division won the toss and sent Dhaka Metro in to bat. At stumps on Day 1, Dhaka Metro had reached 233 for six, with the highest score of 86 runs coming from Shamsur Rahman Shuvo. For Dhaka Division, Mohammad Enamul Haque claimed three crucial wickets to limit Dhaka Metro's progress.

In Rajshahi's Shaheed Kamruzzaman Stadium, Rajshahi Division put Rangpur Division in to bat first. Rangpur was bowled out for 189 runs in their first innings, where Ariful Haque played a standout role, scoring an unbeaten 103 off 161 balls. Rajshahi’s Sabbir Hossain led the bowling attack with six wickets. By the close of play, Rajshahi had reached 39 for one in their first innings, with Sabbir and Habibur Rahman unbeaten at the crease.

At Cox's Bazar International Stadium, Barisal Division chose to bat first against Chittagong Division and closed Day 1 at 236 for seven wickets. Tasamul Haque was the top scorer with a valuable 53, while Moin Khan was unbeaten on 43. For Chittagong Division, Enamul Hoque Ashiq and Mohammad Ashraful Hasan each took three wickets to keep the Barisal batting lineup in check.
