Bangladesh women's team captain Nigar Sultana Joty spoke after yet another defeat against India. Bangladesh lost the match by 56 runs as they were restricted to 68/7 in their 14 overs in pursuit of 123 in a rain hit match.

Joty said, "Definitely this kind of rain interrupted match you have to get runs in the powerplay and even though we have played way too many dots as a batting unit. There isn't any chance to play good cricket then."

When asked about the preparation for the upcoming World Cup, Joty said, " We have lackings with the intent, obviously we have showed some intent in the last through Shorifa. We need to play bravely and with intent."

In regards to selection of World Cup squad, Joty said, " They are a young team and not very experienced, but still we have to see them how they have actually approached in the last games. We have a selector panel and they will make a decision because World Cup and Asia Cup is coming on. So it is a very good opportunity for the management to see how we will be prepared for the World Cup."

Bangladesh will be taking on India for the final game on the 9th of May. India are leading 4-0 in the five match T20I series.
