In the second T20I between India and Bangladesh, played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on October 9, India secured a comfortable 86-run victory, clinching the series with one game left.While the match was marked by India's strong all-round performance, a bizarre bowling incident by Riyan Parag during Bangladesh's chase caught everyone's attention.
India, after being sent in to bat, posted a commanding total of 221 runs. Nitish Reddy starred with a brilliant 74 off just 34 balls, supported by Rinku Singh's rapid 53 off 29 balls. Bangladesh struggled to respond, managing only 135 in reply, and losing by a massive 86 runs.
However, the most talked-about moment of the game came in the 11th over of Bangladesh's innings, when Parag, known for experimenting with his bowling action, delivered a rare and unusual no-ball the action is same to Lasith Malinga’s unique action. Attempting a flatter delivery with a wide-of-the-crease action, Parag ended up delivering a back-foot no-ball as his foot crossed well outside the return crease. The umpires had a brief discussion before confirming the no-ball.
