In a tense moment during the ongoing first Test match between India and New Zealand at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Indian pace bowler Mohammed Siraj and New Zealand’s and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) opening batter Devon Conway were involved in a verbal spat. The incident occurred on day two, during New Zealand’s first innings, when Conway smashed a boundary off Siraj, sparking an exchange of words between the two players.

New Zealand, led by Conway’s attacking knock of 61, reached 82/1 at tea on day two, establishing a solid lead of 36 runs after bowling out India for a mere 46 runs in the second session.
