India have announced a 15-men squad for the upcoming Men's T20 Emerging Asia Cup 2024, which is set to be commenced from October 21 in Oman. Young batting prodigy Tilak Varma will lead the India A side.

This will be the sixth edition of the tournament, which compromises eight teams and they're divided into two groups of four. This is going to be the first time that the Emerging Asia Cup will be held in T20 format. The previous five editions were played in the 50-over format.
Overall, 15 matches will be played in this edition of Emerging Asia Cup, with the final being scheduled for October 27. All the games will be played at Muscat's Oman Cricket Academy Ground.
India A side has been coined in Group B alongside the hosts Oman, defending champions Pakistan A, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
On the contrary, two-time winners Sri Lanka A are in Group A which also has Hong Kong, Afghanistan A, and Bangladesh A.

Tilak Varma (Captain), Abhishek Sharma, Anuj Rawat, Prabhsimran Singh, Ayush Badoni, Nishant Sindhu, Nehal Wadhera, Ramandeep Singh, Aaqib Khan, Anshul Kamboj, Vaibhav Arora, Hrithik Shokeen, R Sai Kishore, Rahul Chahar, Rasikh Salam.
India A were the champions of the inaugural edition of this tournament back in 2013.
