Shivam Dube has replaced Nitish Kumar Reddy in the India's T20I squad for England series. Nitish Kumar Reddy's T20I series against England is over due to side strain.

Shivam DubeDube, 31, was asked to join the India's T20I squad for the third T20I against England, which is scheduled to be played on Tuesday in Rajkot.

"Yes, Nitish Kumar Reddy is injured. He has developed a side strain which is likely to rule him out for the next month or so. This is the reason Dube has been called up by the Indian team. He is flying to Rajkot on Sunday," a source in the BCCI confirmed.

Dube has played 33 T20I's for India, in which he has scored 448 runs at a healthy strike rate of 134.93, with a highest score of 63* besides bagging 11 wickets with a best haul of 3 for 30.

Shivam Dube, however, was the part of the India's T20 World Cup winning squad in the USA and the West Indies.

India are already 1-0 ahead in the five-match T20I series as the home team thrashed England by 8 wickets on the series opener at the Eden Gardens.
