Sanju Samson smashed his second hundred during the first T20I against South Africa on Friday (November 8) in Durban. He has become the first Indian to score consecutive hundreds in T20I Cricket.

The wicketkeeper-batter first hammered 111 off 47 balls in the previous T20I he played against Bangladesh in Hyderabad. And then now during the first T20I against South Africa, he has made another hundred to reach a rare feat.
He was in spectacular form from the ball one against South Africa, racing to 35 off just 20 balls inside the Powerplay.
The onslaught continued even in the middle overs as Samson moved into the "nervous nineties" in the 13th over of the innings.
He completed his hundred off only 47 balls in the over. His previous T20I hundred against Bangladesh came off only 40 deliveries.
Samson became the first Indian batter to score back-to-back centuries in T20I's. Before him three players have reached this feat of scoring consecutive centuries in T20I Cricket.
