Rest, break will help Litton to regain form, believes Abahani
Despite many questions about Litton, Sujon has no doubts about one of the team's best performers. Due to some mental hurdle, the 29-year-old wicket-keeper seems to be in off-form, thinks Sujon.

Litton Das has been in off form since a long time. Be it national team or domestic cricket. Following the Test series against Sri Lanka, he is expected to make his comeback to the Dhaka Premier League (DPL). Nevertheless, Litton has been rested in order for the squad to regain its flow. It is the desire of Abahani coach Khaled Mahmud Sujon that Litton would thrive after this break.
Despite many questions about Litton, Sujon has no doubts about one of the team's best performers. Due to some mental hurdle, the 29-year-old wicket-keeper seems to be in off-form, thinks Sujon.
He said, “Litton asked for a break. Litton was one of the best players on his day. I always like Litton's batting a lot. Seeing his batting is another level of satisfaction. Maybe there is a mental block. If I didn't have that flexibility, I probably wouldn't have given Litton this break. There is flexibility.”
“'The batting order we have... I think he should come after a break. Hope to get him from Super League. The performance will do the talking.”
Competition is high in Abahani's star-studded batting lineup. However, the door for a batter like Litton remains open, said coach Sujan, “Litton is the best batter in the country. Maybe the door is open for him. If the team needs that, of course… he has been playing for Abahani for many years. Although we have had very little of him in the last two years. I think they are professionals.”
