Pakistan's left-arm opener Imam-ul-Haq doesn't like this at all. He wants any new player to be given ample time before making a final decision. “My own assessment is that there is always a fear of failure working in our team. That’s why players can’t consistently play well. If they do bad in two or three matches, they are afraid of being dropped.”

He added, “The thing is basically the lack of coordination of the players with the board. But that is not the case with other teams in the world. If you look at the example of Rohit Sharma. At first he did not do well. But India has put its trust in him and look where is he now!”
