Bangladesh have announced a 15-men squad for the upcoming Men's T20 Emerging Asia Cup 2024, which is set to be commenced from October 21 in Oman. Young southpaw Parvez Hossain Emon will lead the Bangladesh 'A' side.

This will be the sixth edition of the tournament, which compromises eight teams and they're divided into two groups of four. This is going to be the first time that the Emerging Asia Cup will be held in T20 format. All the previous five editions were played in 50-over format. 

Overall, 15 matches will be played in this edition of Emerging Asia Cup, with the final scheduled for October 27. All the games will be played at Muscat's Oman Cricket Academy Ground.

Bangladesh 'A' side has been placed in the Group A, two-time winners Sri Lanka 'A' are also in Group A which also has Hong Kong, Afghanistan A'.

On the contrary, Group B consists of India 'A' team, alongside the hosts Oman, defending champions Pakistan 'A', and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
