Nepal's star cricketer, Sandeep Lamichhane, will not be traveling to the USA for the upcoming T20 World Cup after his visa application was denied by the US authorities. Lamichhane, recently acquitted of rape charges in Nepal, was initially included in the T20 World Cup squad. However, his controversial background and ongoing legal issues led to the visa rejection.

He was scheduled to leave for the US tonight, but the visa denial has dashed his hopes of participating in the World Cup.
